IT Infrastructure & Workforce Division

A 7,500-seat IT workforce pipeline, built on a structured HR data framework.

Multibasik International Limited's IT Infrastructure division is the company's technology diversification arm - recruiting, screening, deploying, and managing up to 7,500 IT professionals across Nigeria and West Africa, with every stage of the talent lifecycle governed by an eight-section HR data framework.

The mandate

Why Multibasik is entering IT infrastructure.

For more than two decades Multibasik International Limited has held exclusive industrial-representation mandates across agriculture machinery, industrial filtration, rice-mill engineering, and fintech. The IT Infrastructure division applies that same institutional discipline to technology workforce solutions - building a structured pipeline capable of sourcing, vetting, deploying, and continuously managing thousands of IT professionals at scale.

The 7,500-seat target is not headcount employed by Multibasik directly. It is the workforce capacity the division is mandated to assemble and place across partner organisations, public-sector programmes, and infrastructure projects in Nigeria and the wider West African region. Multibasik holds the mandate; the professionals are deployed into partner seats.

Every stage of that pipeline - from job posting to applicant parsing, interview scoring, compensation banding, performance management, retention analytics, and HR content management - is governed by the eight-section HR data framework that defines how the division operates and reports.

HR data framework sections
The framework

Eight sections that govern every hire.

The HR data framework is the operating system of the IT Infrastructure division. Every section below is a controlled dataset - together they form the audit trail from job posting to retiree exit.

H1 - Organization profile & systems

The division's HR systems baseline - HR or payroll software in use (Workday, SAP, BambooHR, Zoho People, Paystack Payroll), applicant tracking system, learning management system, years of continuous digital HR records, average headcount, and number of locations.

H2 - Recruitment & hiring

Five controlled datasets governing how the 7,500 seats are filled:

  • H-01 - Job postings and descriptions (titles, requirements, posting dates)
  • H-02 - Parsed applicant skills records (standardized education, experience, skills)
  • H-03 - Interview scorecard ratings (numerical structured ratings by role)
  • H-04 - Candidate assessment scores (aptitude, technical, personality)
  • H-05 - Hiring outcomes and channels (offers, acceptances, time-to-hire, source)
H3 - Compensation & benefits

Four datasets governing pay parity and band discipline:

  • H-06 - Salary bands by role and level (pay ranges per job family, grade, location)
  • H-07 - Average pay raise percentages (averaged across job families, no individual records)
  • H-08 - Allowances and benefits structure (housing, transport, health, pension by grade)
  • H-09 - Bonus and incentive plan design (plan design, targets, payout ranges)
H4 - Performance & talent development

Five datasets ensuring every placed professional is measured and developed:

  • H-10 - Performance ratings and feedback themes (summary themes, not raw text)
  • H-11 - Goal completion rates (KPI and OKR completion by role)
  • H-12 - Promotion and career path records (time in role, moves)
  • H-13 - Training and certification records (courses, certifications, skills gained)
  • H-14 - Role-level skills and succession dependencies (no successor names)
H5 - Workforce structure & time records

Five datasets defining how 7,500 seats stay organized:

  • H-15 - Anonymous organization structure (role nodes and reporting lines)
  • H-16 - Role and job title taxonomies (job families, titles, level definitions)
  • H-17 - Shift patterns by department (aggregated, timestamps obscured)
  • H-18 - Leave by generic category (annual, maternity, etc., suppressed where identifying)
  • H-19 - Monthly hours by team (total hours and overtime per team per month)
H6 - Retention & workforce trends

Five datasets tracking how the workforce evolves over time:

  • H-20 - Turnover by broad reason (career progression, etc., with tenure and role at exit)
  • H-21 - Scrubbed exit interview responses (identifying text removed)
  • H-22 - Staff emigration by region (resignations linked to relocation, broad destination)
  • H-23 - Headcount and hiring plan history (planned vs. actual hiring by month)
  • H-24 - Engagement survey results (team-identifying data removed)
H7 - HR documents & content

Four datasets covering the document backbone of the workforce:

  • H-25 - HR policies and employee handbooks (third-party copyrighted material removed)
  • H-26 - Employment contract templates (unexecuted boilerplate only)
  • H-27 - Onboarding and training content (guides, decks, learning materials)
  • H-28 - Synthetic HR helpdesk Q&A (synthetic questions or generalized KB articles)
H8 - Software, email & communications data

Seven datasets covering system and communication metadata (raw email and chat exports are not accepted - only synthetic or aggregated derivatives):

  • H-29 - Synthetic HR email dialogue (differential privacy)
  • H-30 - Synthetic HR messaging dialogue (differential privacy)
  • H-31 - Relative-time meeting metadata (dates as relative intervals, times rounded)
  • H-32 - HR system activity durations (numeric durations, IDs hashed)
  • H-33 - Learning platform activity durations (numeric durations, IDs hashed)
  • H-34 - Helpdesk ticket volumes and categories (macro volumes)
  • H-35 - HR system downtime logs (outages and processing delays)

The pipeline

From applicant to deployed professional.

Every candidate enters the pipeline through a structured job posting (H-01). Their CV is parsed into standardized skills records (H-02). They are scored on structured interview scorecards (H-03) and assessment scores (H-04). Hiring outcomes and source channels are recorded (H-05).

Once hired, they enter compensation bands (H-06), are assessed against goal completion rates (H-11), trained against certification records (H-13), and placed into the workforce structure (H-15). Their performance, retention, and engagement feed back into the framework, continuously refining how the next 7,500 seats are filled.

This is the institutional discipline that lets a company of Multibasik's size credibly hold a 7,500-seat mandate - the framework is the proof that the capacity is real, not aspirational.
